Where data lives, who processes it, how learners are protected
This page summarises what Versiq’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Copyright Policy already commit to. Those documents are in Vietnamese and they prevail where the two differ.
Six safeguards running in the product today
Versiq serves students from grade 10. These follow the model provider’s guidance for organizations serving minors and Vietnamese law.
Always told it is AI
Every chat with Vee shows a line under the input saying this is an AI and can be wrong. AI-generated content is labelled where it appears.
Parental consent under 16
Versiq Edu processes data of learners under 16 only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parent–student links are created by the school and confirmed by both sides.
A safety filter on every request
Each question to Vee passes a safety filter before it reaches the model. Harmful requests are blocked; off-curriculum questions are answered with a clear note that they are out of scope.
Reporting and safety incidents
Learners flag answers that are wrong or inappropriate for teachers and Versiq to review. Signs of danger are recorded as safety incidents and sent to the school’s administrators.
Teachers have the final say
AI-suggested grades reach the gradebook only after a teacher approves them. AI is locked during tests, and teachers can read their class’s question history.
The law that applies
Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15, Decree 356/2025/ND-CP, the Law on Children 102/2016/QH13, the Law on Artificial Intelligence 134/2025/QH15 and the Cybersecurity Law.
Where data is stored and who processes it
Hosting outside Vietnam is disclosed as a cross-border transfer under Article 20 of the Personal Data Protection Law. Data is never used for advertising and never sold.
Your rights
You can know, access, correct, receive a copy of and delete your data, withdraw consent, and restrict or object to processing. Send a request to [email protected]; Versiq acknowledges it within two working days and answers within the deadlines set by Decree 356/2025 (10 to 20 days by request type).
